OZR BUILDERS ("we") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal data you provide through this website, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia.

When you submit the site visit request form we collect: name, phone number, email address, project address and postcode, property type, scope of work, project description, design status, target timeline, estimated budget, decision maker, preferred contact time and proposed site visit dates.
We also collect basic technical data such as IP address, device type, referring page and campaign (UTM) parameters to understand where enquiries come from and to prevent form abuse.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: (a) contact you about your project enquiry; (b) arrange site visits and quotations; (c) manage customer and project relationships; (d) improve our services and website; and (e) comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Consent
By ticking the consent box on the form you agree to your data being processed for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
5. Disclosure To Third Parties
Your data is shared only with our staff and sub-contractors who need to know it, and with service providers (for example hosting, email and analytics) bound by confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data where required by law.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from your last submission, unless you become a customer (project records are kept as required by law and warranty obligations) or you request earlier deletion.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure or loss, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and role-based access control.
8. Your Rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to access your personal data, request correction, withdraw consent and ask us to stop processing for direct marketing. To make a request, contact us at hello@ozrbuilders.my. We will respond within 21 days.
